We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery.

HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND
To initiate a return or refund, please contact us at gadgetparcstore@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the product (if applicable)

We will respond within 24-48 hours with a resolution.

REFUND CONDITIONS
- Items must be reported within 30 days of delivery
- For defective or damaged items, we will provide a full refund or free replacement
- For items that arrive not as described, we will provide a full refund or free replacement
- For change-of-mind returns, we may offer a partial refund or store credit

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately with photos. We will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund — no need to return the item.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

- Items that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer

REFUND PROCESSING

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

EXCHANGES
