SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at GadgetParc! Here is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING METHODS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

United States:
- Standard Shipping (Free): 7-15 business days
- Some items may arrive sooner depending on your location

Canada:
- Standard Shipping (Free): 10-20 business days
- Customs processing may add additional time

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors such as carrier delays, customs processing, or weather conditions.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow 2-5 days after receiving your tracking number for tracking information to become available.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Currently, we only ship to the United States and Canada. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
For orders shipped to Canada, customers may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at gadgetparcstore@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package. If a package is confirmed lost, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and the item, and contact us at gadgetparcstore@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
